Live Life Lean has been charging my Visa Card for $19.95

I just found out that Live Life Lean has been charging my Visa for $19.95 a month for 2 years, an unauthorized charge. I don't even know what they are selling for that amount no have recieved anything. I tried to call, but all numbers are busy or not answering. I wrote emails the answer came back with the same thing, that I had signed a contract with them, not true. There are no products involved, or names. The only thing I think of is that it has to do with some kind of weight loss chinese tea, which I never received. I am trying to get in touch with them, no luck so far, be aware!!

Took unauthorised payment from credit card

Scam Artists LIVE LIFE LEAN..... Called the fraud dept. of my Credit Card company, HSBC who found another number to try to get your money back. It is 180* 480 ****. You need to speak to a supervisor only. Demand your full payment back They will try to give you a lesser settlement but if you keep on and get "legal" they promise a refund plus a tracking number for your refund. I have just been promised this will happen in 15 days...we will see. If after 30 days I have not been refunded, then my bank will stop the monthly payment to Live Life Lean. I am owed $140 so I hope they do deliver but I am very wary.... Disgusting that they can be allowed to continue in business... never even got my free tea sample!!!

Live Lean $ Life, must be the new name of Live Life Lean, just charged my credit card for an unauthorized purchase.

Do NO do business with this company

Guest

I was signed up even though I said NO over the phone. This is so ridiculous.

It's a shame that companies like this cheat consumers. It makes it hard for those companies who are honest.

Live Life Lean Scam

Do Not sign up for the Live Life Lean/ Wu Yi tea program. I signed up for the "trial". There are supposed to send you a month supply every month. They sent me a THREE month supply at once. I was aggravated b/c I had already cancelled and I was expecting one box of tea not three. I called up again to cancell and the person I talked to (whom I could barley understand), said I recieved the tea b/c it had already shipped when I called to cancell and I should send it back if I don't want it. I told him to make sure all services are cancelled. He said I would not be billed any further. A month later, they charge my CC again. I send them a complaint email, asking why they are charging me when I cancelled. They said that I agreed to the terms and conditions that I had to finish paying for all three boxes of tea and membership fee's. I was told after June, I would not be billed for anything any further. Yeah Right! It is now August and I have been billed two more times for *** I don't want and don't have! Now I have to file a disute with my credit card.

Live Life Lean and Scammed!!

Wow, I just wanted to commiserate online about how conniving and evil companies can be. Live Life Lean is something you get signed up for when you get Wu-Yi Tea (which doesn't work worth ***, by the way) and they sneakily charge your bank account $20 a month. I called and canceled today, and sarcastically complimented the customer service lady on how evil their company was. She didn't really have much to say about that. Just please don't sign up for Wu-Yi Tea. The stuff itself is a scam and is hard to get out of, and the satanic company attached to them is no better. I guess I just hate how evil this world is. I gave a wretched company $180 of my money without even knowing it!

This company is a total scam that you dont even know you are signing up for!!

I Called this company to cancel this account, (that I wasn't even aware I had set up.) And the girl I talked to said they would unsign me and reverse the charge. I informed her that 3-5 business days to reverse this charge for a service that I never even knew I had access to, was too late because I have other transactions pending that were sure now to put me over into an over-draft costing me almost 2x the amount of this "service."(Which turns out is the access to a website??? Calorie charts and exercise tips for 20 bucks you gotta be kidding me, nutridiary has all that for free!!) So I told her she either needed to speed the process or put someone on the phone who I could talk to about refunding me the overdraft charge as well. She put me on hold and transferred me to a "Supervisor" who gave me the same "..3-5 days nothing more we can do.." ***. I said I understood, but needed the charge the bank was sure to charge me refunded as well and if he couldn't help me, to put someone on the phone that could. He told me it wasn't possible "And I do apologize" and I told him, if they are going around, charging unsuspecting consumer's bank accounts without even notifying them, they can surely afford to pay back the damage that they are creating for people. And then, he hung up on me. I am so infuriated right now, these people are snakes, and good luck finding one that doesn't have some crazy thick accent you can barley understand by the way. I'm not racist and I have no problem with different ethnicity backgrounds, but when people are handling your bank account, it'd be nice to limit the communication problems.

LIVELIFELEAN charged my bank card w/o my permission.

LiveLifeLean charged my bank act with out my knowledge. Here is the telephone number to call them and DEMAND your account be reimbursed. 1-80*-273-****. This company is a total scam! My bank card company gave me this number to resolve my dispute. It seems that LiveLifeLean has been doing this to quite a few unsuspecting individuals. It is unfortunate that we now live in a day and age where unscrupulous individuals abound. So to all that may read this, please take a moment and thoroughly review your credit card statements when you receive them. Make sure you only pay for services and goods received and approved by you.

Just wanted to say WuYi/ livinglean scam happened to me too!

just want to warn as many people as possible not to do business with this company! I got one order of the Tea, and was (to date) charged approx. $250.00... after waiting on the phone for over 25 minutes, I went back to the WuYi website and used the livechat line. They did refund me $90.00 for the 3 billings that had been charged for tea that was never delivered, but they said they couldn't do anything about the living lean charges. They stated that it was part of the agreement I had entered into when I did the "free" trial of the tea. I have been charged 140.00 ( 19.99 per month...) and I haven't been able to reach the people supposedly in charge of canceling my account. This is idiotic! and annoying!!!

Wu Yi & Live Life Lean

I have had an un-authorized withdrawal from Live Life Lean and I have returned all shipments back to Wu Yi. I have since had my credit cards canceled and I had a new one issued. You need to report this to your credit card co., and alert all news stations of what is being done. I went into Google and typed Live Life Lean and came up with hundreds of complaint pages. When I called LLL 800 273-**** I ended up talking to an operator supposedly located in the Philippines. Complaints of this source need to be taken to a higher source, just don't write about, make sure you're heard, local newspaper and radio stations, news room... etc. Best wishes jan

I don`t agree with worrying about them and protecting their email address. It was teahelp at usa dot com - it is no longer valid anyway...

Guest

Well let me tell you - I have been on the phone for hours trying to get this resolved as I was part of the Live Life Lean scam as well.

I searched the internet and they stated to call the number 1-86*-***-**** to get my money back. Which I did call - and I did get someone on the line and they stated that their system was going through upgrades and could not look up my account and to give them a bit and call back. Lo an behold, the number is not active at the time that I called. Not sure if it was system issues and it will be back online later or if they blocked my number or not but I felt a little lost on what to do.

I emailed the company again at the address teahelp@***.com and the address was no longer valid. I called my credit card company and after telling my story a couple of times I was transferred to the fraud line to dispute a transaction on my credit card. Since I have a written email stating that my order status was to be cancelled they are going after the company for fraud and refund my credit card.

Just for more information on this - it sounds like when you order the free tea they are affilated with another company for 'online help' to help you lose the weight and it`s a monthly charge that you are seeing on your credit card from the Live Life Lean company who are based out of Las Vegas. I just hope that the word is getting out now and people are realizing what a horrific scam this is. Live and Learn. I am just glad that my credit card company is now taking over and made me feel so much better about the whole thing. - Good luck to everyone else out there that got caught up in this scam!!
